Ruben Peña, Director of the Innovation and Technology Department of the provincial government of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, wrote in the report, “The Seminar allowed the participants to know the education and professionals in Shanghai that can help Santa Cruz realize a S&T business incubator and promote the technological transformation of industrial parks.” He said, “the Seminar program opens the door to exchanges, with outstanding experts from Shanghai Business School who will provide consulting support to promote the technological transformation of the Ramón Darío Guterres Industrial Park; besides, it inspires our young technopreneurs to learn and apply the methods and measures that have been adopted by Shanghai over the past three decades in the technological transformation. In summary, we will gain a more useful perspective on the implementation of Decree 228, inspiring the continuous growing of Santa Cruz’s technology entrepreneurs.”
